XBR SPORTS MEDICINE TEAM
Not if, but when.
Injuries are an innate part of the sport of professional rodeo.
When they happen, the XBR Sports Medicine Team has our contestants' backs...as well as their knees, ankles, shoulders, and everything in between.
Following the lead of the Dr. J. Pat Evans, founder of the Justin Sortsmedicine® Team, the XBR Sports Medicine Team will strive to provide care to contestants at all XBR rodeos throughout the states of California, Arizona, Utah, and Wyoming. Out-patient services are provided at a permanent facility in Buellton, California
Upon the inception of the Xtreme Bronc Riding Association in early 2012, the XBR Sports Medicine Team came under the leadership of Medical Director, Dr. Darci (Robertson) Agin. Among the most recent additions to the program include six regional program directors- Dr. Jeff Chan and Dr. Chris Baker organize the Northern California Region, Dr's Graham, and Allison Mankey cover the Central California territory, Dr. Niccole O'Dell coordinates the Southern California Region, and Dr. Raheel Mann directs the state of Arizona.
Request a Nutrition or Injury Consult
In addition to on-field emergency medicine, the XBR SMT specializes in preventive strength & conditioning, performance nutrition, and injury rehabilitation with the goal of keeping contestants healthy throughout competition or getting them back in the arena quickly as possible.
